I think, if you want my opinion, that you may of made a bit of a mistake with this plan to let everyone vote on the matter. It could rebound on us big time.
Who knows how many may be influenced to go over to his side, and what does going over to his side represent. Is it reflective of a shifting of positions regarding Man, or is it the first stage of a fully blown rebellion. Then when they have received that civil post, withits imediate temporary military rank , we can clearly identify the successful loyal ones, in time, to be commisioned to the higher and most senior ranks as fully commisioned Anointed military Cherubs.
